Perched on Victoria’s rugged coastline, the Lorne Billabong Project demanded a cladding solution as resilient as the environment itself. Working closely with Great Otway Constructions, K+AR Architects selected UniCote® Coastal in the Billabong finish, applied in a sleek Standing Seam profile.
This coastal build required more than just looks—it needed durability. With extreme exposure to salt spray and wind, material performance was non-negotiable.
