The homeowner, a close associate of the roofer, sought advice and ultimately chose UniCote® Midnight Matt based on its distinctiveness and the quality assured by the UniCote® brand and high-quality Coastal steel Solution. This was the first project in Queensland to use the Midnight Matt finish, setting a precedent for future architectural applications in the area.

Their involvement ensured that the construction phase met all technical expectations with high precision and adherence to design specifications.
